Darla Harrison
Darla Harrison is a Certified Medical Practice Manager. For over 17 years, she has partnered with Dr. Grigsby at the Napa Pain Institute as the Practice Administrator. She provides leadership for more than 25 employees; organizes, monitors and manages the clinical operation's infrastructure; and has coordinated Napa Pain Institute’s early clinical research. Darla also serves as Compliance Director for Napa Pain Institute’s Continuing Medical Education programs. Recently, through her diligent effort, Napa Pain Institute obtained accreditation from the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education. She specializes in clinical practice growth, financial analysis, and process design.
