The purpose of the N3 XFG is to have department representation throughout the entire organization.

Goal
The goal of the N3 XFG is to provide every department the opportunity to have a voice that is heard by management and also to participate in decision making.

Development
On May 14th through May 16th, 3×5 cards and a box will be available at the time clock for you to anonymously nominate a co-worker to represent the department. N3 FXG representatives will be announced in the June 6, 2012 Newsletter. The first term of N3 XFG will be for a period of 6 months and annually to follow.

  • NPI Business Office = 1
  • NPI Medical Records = 1
  • NPI Medical Assistants = 1
  • NPI Scheduling = 1
  • NSC = 2
  • NRV = 1

Responsibilities
N3 XFG will be assigned projects to review and suggest areas of improvement of the organization. The first N3 XFG project will be announced along with the N3 XFG representatives in the June 6, 2012 Newsletter.

Meeting Intervals
The N3 XFG meeting intervals will depend upon the assigned project. Group meetings will take place at Neurovations on Friday mornings at 8:00 AM. The meetings will be facilitated by Sam Ryan, Neurovations. The first meeting is scheduled for June 8, 2012.
